They are all good! I'd say that they are all awesome :) Even the numeric models are almost twice as fast. The more you can quickly add, the better - you pretty much now have everything in place to expand this to all dispersion models very, very quickly. Any other god model to show for? 2014-06-18 16:22 GMT+02:00 Edward d'Auvergne <edward@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>:Feel free to use the super script to run all of your scripts and to get the final summary. You could make a nice compact table from this. But it will be far more impressive when you have numbers for the 'NS R1rho 2-site' model as well. It's so easy to duplicate the script and change it to another model with equivalent parameters. Regards, Edward On 18 June 2014 16:09, Troels Emtekær Linnet <tlinnet@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote:Yup! It is so crazy... I have progress report on monday. I am thinking to call it: "Optimal Tip-to-Tip Efficiency" And then talk about data structures, higher dimensionality, and BANG BANG matrix style. :-) We have one "core group" who does a lot of simulation, so maybe they would grasp it. Best Troels 2014-06-18 16:05 GMT+02:00 Edward d'Auvergne <edward@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>:While I am regenerating this, I would highly recommend you copy this script and make the 5-6 lines of changes required to get it running for the 'NS R1rho 2-site' model (http://wiki.nmr-relax.com/NS_R1rho_2-site). I'm guessing you've already seen what the improvements are like for the R1rho models now :) Regards, Edward On 18 June 2014 15:58, Troels Emtekær Linnet <tlinnet@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote::-) 2014-06-18 15:55 GMT+02:00 Edward d'Auvergne <edward@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>:Awesome! I'm regenerating all the statistics for the branch vs. relax-3.2.2 now, using this DPL94 model as well. It takes a while though!
