Compilation of the user manual (PDF version)

To create the PDF version of the relax user manual type

$ scons user_manual_pdf

in the base directory. SCons will then run a series of shell commands to create the manual from the L^ATEX sources located in the docs/latex directory. This is dependent on the programs latex, makeindex, dvips, and ps2pdf being located within the environment's path.
