Torsionless isotropic cone parameterisation

As this is simply the isotropic cone model with the torsion angle set to zero, σ_max = 0, the models parameters are

where P_i are the average domain position translations and rotations, E_i are the spherical angles defining the cone axis, p_i are the coordinates of the pivot point, and θ_max is the maximum cone opening half-angle.
