Follow-up Comment #1:

These results are from running a modified 'full_analysis.py' sample script
iterating over the oblate spheroid diffusion tensor.

Unfortunately the error is not reproducible without more information.  Hence
the bug cannot be tracked down.  Alex, would you be able to attach your relax
script, the relaxation data, and the PDB file that you used to produce this
bug?  If you would prefer to keep this information private, would you be able
to email me the files (unless someone else wants to tackle this bug)?
