Hi,
On a machine where Scientific Python is not installed, the output from
the system tests for relax 1.3 shows an error related to Scientific Python:
====================
relax> structure.read_pdb(file='tylers_peptide_trunc.pdb',
dir='/home/semor/relax-1.3/test_suite/shared_data/structures',
read_mol=None, set_mol_name=None, read_model=None, set_model_num=None,
parser='scientific')

====================
As mentioned above, Scientific Python is not installed on this system...
I thought that Scientific Python was not required for relax 1.3 (see
http://www.nmr-relax.com/download.html)...
Is this a remnant of relax 1.2 ?
Regards,
Séb :)
