Details:

Using relax 1.3.4 on RHEL 5.3 linux, I have following error message using
modsel.py script : "RelaxError: The selection string u'u' is invalid"

It seems to be related to an encoding issue (u'u' = unicode).
Data and scripts are attached to this issue.
