Follow-up Comment #2:

This is not a bug, but rather a problem with the mf_multimodel.py sample
script being too old and missing a few user function calls.  This fixed
script is viewable at
http://svn.gna.org/viewcvs/relax/1.3/sample_scripts/mf_multimodel.py?rev=10090&view=log.
