Thank you for uploading your Matlab code! I hope to find time to
convert and incorporate this code into relax. But before I can do
that, could you give a written permission to use the code under the
GPLv3+ licence (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GNU_General_Public_License,
https://gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html)? It might be best to add another
comment to https://gna.org/task/?7712 mentioning the sim_all.tar file
at https://gna.org/support/download.php?file_id=18404. Giving a
public written permission to this code is essential for it to be used
in relax (the link to the file and the name of the file is important
to identify the code in question).
