Follow-up Comment #85, task #7793 (project relax):
Attached is a proposed patch for a slight speed up of the relaxation
dispersion models. This patch applies to the 'disp_speed' branch. Troels, as
this is your branch, it is up to you to decide if you will apply the patch. A
proposal for the commit message is attached as the svn_msg file. This message
explains the change fully.
