Thank you for the bug report, that was of great help.  I have created
a GUI test called Mf.test_bug_21615_incomplete_setup_failure, which
can be run on the command line with:

$ relax --gui-tests Mf.test_bug_21615_incomplete_setup_failure -d

Note that this will not work with the Mac OS X application, as Mac
apps are not command line based (if you use the source distribution
file at http://www.nmr-relax.com/download.html#Source_code_release it
will work).  I have incorporated your files into relax to make this
test, see

 These additions will appear in relax 3.1.6.
