Set up the analysis execution object.

Parameters:

• gui (wx object) - The GUI object.
• data (class instance) - The data container with all data for the analysis.
• data_index (int) - The index of the analysis in the relax data store.
• thread (bool) - The flag for turning threading on and off.

Execute the thread (or pseudo-thread).
