Log:
Removal of the T23 transpose from compile_2nd_matrix_pseudo_ellipse() and an 
index shift of -1.

The removal of the transpose has changed all of the indices in 
part_int_daeg2_pseudo_ellipse_xx().
These indices now start at zero for easier debugging.
