Log:
Redesign of all the file dialogs in the GUI.

All file dialogs are now instances of gui.filedialog.RelaxFileDialog.  This 
fixes many
inconsistencies throughout the GUI, includes presenting an wx.FD_OPEN style 
file dialog when a
wx.FD_SAVE style should have been shown.
