Log:
Expanded the new analysis wizard in the GUI to accommodate the relaxation 
dispersion auto-analysis.

Now the buttons are a matrix of 4x2 with the NOE, R1, R2, and model-free 
analyses at the top and two
new blank buttons have been added to the bottom.  One will be used for the 
dispersion analysis.
