Log:
Setup for testing the sample_scripts/relax_disp/R1rho_analysis.py sample 
script.

The script was copied into the 
test_suite/shared_data/dispersion/r1rho_off_res_tp02/ data directory
where it will be tested on real data.  The 'fake_sequence.in' and 
'unresolved' files have been
created to allow the script to run.  And the script itself has been heavily 
debugged.
