[bug #7241] Problem with reading RNA PDBs -- October 12, 2006 - 05:27

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #7241 (project relax):

This bug hadn't been completely fixed.  The function for reading the sequence
from the Scientific Python PDB data structure was accessing solely
'peptide_chains'!  The fix to the 1.2 line is described at
https://mail.gna.org/public/relax-commits/2006-10/msg00039.html (Message-id:
<E1GXr3X-00028b-Sj@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>).  The 1.3 line has also been fixed.
