Details:

The web pages for setting up a development platform
(http://www.nmr-relax.com/devel_platform.html, etc) are currently incomplete.
 I have only documented how I set up an MS Windows development platform
(http://www.nmr-relax.com/windows_devel.html) to be able to create the
Windows distribution packages (http://www.nmr-relax.com/download.html).

For GNU/Linux this wasn't necessary as I had all the software already
installed.  However a web page describing how to set up a GNU/Linux
development platform, located at http://www.nmr-relax.com/linux_devel.html,
should be created by copying and modifying the MS Windows page
(http://www.nmr-relax.com/windows_devel.html).
