This is a quick message to say that I've significantly expanded the
relax development chapter of the manual.  I have documented many more
of relax's coding conventions and expanded an old script used for
checking relax's code to include all of these conventions
(downloadable from http://nmr-relax.com/scripts/code_validator).  I
have also added many examples of docstrings, code, commit logs, etc.,
and added a number of new sections to the end of the chapter
discussing the mailing lists, the various trackers (bugs, tasks, and
support request), and the importance of including links.  If you are a
relax committer or are interested in becoming a committer, I would
recommend having another look at this chapter.

P.S. Chris, would you be able to have a look at the mailing list section and edit, modify, or expand it as you see fit?
