Follow-up Comment #3:

The problem was that the chi-squared value in the model-free results file was
being truncated so that when it is read back into relax the value is different
between the iterations of 'full_analysis.py'.  By writing the full precision
chi-squared value into the results file, the bug should be fixed.

Sebastien, would you be able to check that the bug has indeed been fixed?
