This is worth having a look at! I have fixed a bug in the
specific_fns/jw_mapping.py code (see http://gna.org/bugs/?10323).
These fixes will be merged into your consistency test branch but,
since the specific_fns/consistency_tests.py code originates as a copy
of specific_fns/jw_mapping.py, the fix needs to be manually added to
the specific consistency test code. You can see the fix here

Ah, this is an old bug (older than this bug tracker) which I had fixed for
the specific_fns/model-free.py code. The fix was simply to use the same fix
as in the model-free analysis - first check that 'num_ri' actually exists!
