Seb, This is worth having a look at! I have fixed a bug in the specific_fns/jw_mapping.py code (see http://gna.org/bugs/?10323). These fixes will be merged into your consistency test branch but, since the specific_fns/consistency_tests.py code originates as a copy of specific_fns/jw_mapping.py, the fix needs to be manually added to the specific consistency test code. You can see the fix here https://mail.gna.org/public/relax-commits/2007-11/msg00138.html. Cheers, Edward On Nov 13, 2007 10:24 PM, Edward d Auvergne <NO-REPLY.INVALID-ADDRESS@xxxxxxx> wrote:

The fix was simply to use the same fix as in the model-free analysis - first check that 'num_ri' actually exists! _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://gna.org/bugs/?10323> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Gna! http://gna.org/ _______________________________________________ relax (http://nmr-relax.com) This is the relax-devel mailing list relax-devel@xxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this list, get a password reminder, or change your subscription options, visit the list information page at https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/relax-devel
