[bug #12499] DIFF_MODEL = 'prolate' optimization failure -- October 24, 2008 - 21:38

Follow-up Comment #3, bug #12499 (project relax):

local_tm/aic file attached as results_local_aic.bz2

Will probably have to rename this and put it in that directory. I think this
is why you got a different error. The 'other' results file was for the full
data set, the new one (named this way) is for the test set.
