Hi,

I've carefully looked over everything, and the poster layout looks
really good. The text hasn't changed much but it is all still
relevant. Maybe one change would be on slide 8 - the new BMRB API I'm
writing looks like it will be called "bmrblib". I might register this
project on Gna! soon so that this code can be spun off as a separate
python package for others to use. API front ends for other languages,
e.g. C and Fortran, could be added later so that this project is
available for all programs to use freely. Adding the "bmrblib" name
isn't too important though.

Cheers,

Edward

Hi,

I decided to update the poster and modify it slightly.

The biggest modification is the format which is now a collection of 8
11''x17'' slides (with an additional first slide in the document to show
the proposed layout). This is our preferred format in the Gagné group
since it can be printed in the lab, can easily be posted by mail and is
modular (i.e. one slide can be quickly updated or a new slide added and
included in the collection).

Please find a pdf file for this new version of the poster at:

http://pelican.rsvs.ulaval.ca/users/semor/semor_relax-update_MOOT_Ottawa__v3.pdf

The MOOT conference is on October 17-18. Please tell me if you agree
that I use this updated poster. Moreover, if you find typos (or other
errors), please let me know...

Have a very nice weekend !
Cheers,

Sébastien

Hi,

It's fine with me.  If you would like to change the poster a little,
feel free (just ask again for author approval).  Note that the BRMB
integration is not yet complete as the new NMR-STAR tags such as
general_relaxation saveframe category are not fully complete
(documented http://www.bmrb.wisc.edu/formats.html or implemented
http://svn.gna.org/viewcvs/relax/branches/bmrb/).  This will hopefully
happen soon, and then I'll write a quick communication about the
integration.

Regards,

Edward

Edward, Chris, Gary and Eldon,

I would like to propose you another opportunity where I could make
publicity for relax in Eastern Canada / North-Eastern USA...

I would like to know if you would agree that I reuse the poster Edward
presented at the ENC concerning the different relax features as well as
the BMRB integration at the following symposium:

   MOOT XXII
      http://www.mootnmr.org
      Ottawa (Canada)
      October 17-18 2009

This yearly event brings together most NMR people from Ontario and
Quebec provinces (Eastern Canada), as well as some people from other
Canadian provinces (Manitoba, New-Brunswick, etc) and North-Eastern USA
(Michigan, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut, New York, etc).

Please let me know if you agree that the poster be presented once more
at this event.

Also, if you think the poster should absolutely be updated, I could
modify it to included new things and make a new version out of the first
one...

Regards,

Sébastien

P.S. Please apologize for this 'last-minute' request...
