I have now finished applying patch_II (https://gna.org/task/?6847).
In the end I broke it into all individual components, as far as I
could tell, and applied each separately. I now have a much better
idea about the structure of your code and in the next email will lay
out a few designs/suggestions. Note that there may be a few errors
due to this break up, and certain small parts might accidentally be
missing. The imports will also not be totally functional as I have
avoided as much as possible the 'from xxx improt *' construct. I was
wondering if you had any more code changes to incorporate? If not, I
might try to reformat the entire code base. The indentation is a
nightmare to follow with proper code editors, I would suggest
switching to one whereby the tab key can be set to 4 spaces (gvim,
emacs, eclipse, etc.).
