Removal of all text printed to STDOUT in the GUI. -- February 04, 2010 - 00:09

Hi Michael,

I have removed the program intro printout from the GUI mode, as this
is accessible from 'File -> About relax'.  There is no need to print
this out.  I would also propose the following, the removal of the
print out:

##############################################

This is in the splash screen and also under 'File -> About relaxGUI'.
Therefore we don't need it repeated for a third time.  It also makes
the program look more professional.  Do you approve?
