Hi,
I would suggest to include the subversion commands you used for this
in the commit message. I.e. your message could look like:

The file auto_noe.py was removed and replaced with a copy of auto_rx_base.py.
The command used was:
svn cp auto_rx_base.py auto_noe.py
This is a first step to build the auto_noe.py file.
