Details:

This menu entry seems pointless.  I suggest that it and the underlying
functional code is deleted.

Typing 'asdf' into the file selection dialog from 'File -> New', the
directory structure created is:

[edau@localhost relax_gui]$ ls asdf/
model_free/  NOE_1/  NOE_2/  NOE_3/  R1_1/  R1_2/  R1_3/  R2_1/  R2_2/ 
R2_3/
[edau@localhost relax_gui]$
