Hi Edward

These are great news! We really have to go for a couple of beers! Now let's cross the fingers that the paper will be accepted soon!

I think it is a good idea to also include the GUI on the homepage. I will add a page with some screenshots and feature list.

Thank you for everything!

Cheers
Michael

Hi Michael,

You may have just noticed, but the bieri_gui branch has now been
finally merged into the relax 1.3 main line ;) The process was quite
painful - all of the auto_analyses changes should have gone into the
1.3 line, and only the 1.3 line. There were a number of other issue
too due to the same code being worked on in the 1.3 line and in the
bieri_gui branch. Anyway, the GUI is now in a very good shape for
relax 1.3.9. I have updated http://www.nmr-relax.com/download.html to
include the wxPython dependency. I have also updated the relax manual
a little to include a screenshot and to no longer say that the GUI is
not implemented :) Ideally the manual could be updated with GUI
screenshots in all of the NOE, R1, R2, and model-free chapters to
complement the current script-based description. If you would like to
add pretty pictures to the manual, to add a page describing the GUI at
http://www.nmr-relax.com, or see some other way to better show off the
GUI to potential users, please feel free. But it isn't essential as
the paper is on the way and what is currently written seems sufficient
to me. I think after all of this we should go out for a beer to
celebrate (when our paths cross again).

Cheers!

Edward
