Hi Michael,

This is quite useful! For the features
(http://www.nmr-relax.com/features.html), maybe it would be worth
including full-resolution images as links for the user to look at?
The current layout of images could be improved a little, on my machine
in Firefox, the image captions and images are mixed up. Maybe they
could be placed one after the other, in a column of screenshots?
Maybe something like http://inkscape.org/screenshots/index.php?lang=en
? That would allow this to be extended in the future.

Also, the paper reference can be added to
http://www.nmr-relax.com/refs.html, and a link provided as in the rest
of http://www.nmr-relax.com/features.html.

One last thing, the 'relax -g' or 'relax --gui' command can be
formatted as <p><em>$ relax --gui</em></p> (see
http://www.nmr-relax.com/docs.html where the relax prompt is
replicated).

Cheers,

Edward

reinventing a new command language, relax's interface is the powerful
Python prompt.  This gives the power user full access to a proven
programming language.</li>
<li>Scripting - this provides a more powerful and flexible framework
for controlling the program.  The script will be executed as Python code
enabling advanced programming for automating data analysis.  All the
features available within the prompt environment are accessible to the
script.</li>

way of performing data analysis. Calculation of steady-state NOE, curve
fitting of R1 and R2 relaxation rates as well as
model-free analysis are supported. Most parameters used for analysis can be
set manually, but system standards are set accoring to d'Auvergne and

automated model-free analysis feature that performs analysis without any
