URL: <http://gna.org/bugs/?20119> Summary: The loading of spectrum.peak_intensities user function is restricted to one spin type. Project: relax Submitted by: bugman Submitted on: Sat 01 Sep 2012 07:33:15 AM GMT Category: relax's source code Severity: 3 - Normal Priority: 5 - Normal Status: None Privacy: Public Assigned to: bugman Originator Name: Originator Email: Open/Closed: Open Discussion Lock: Any Release: 2.1.0 Operating System: All systems _______________________________________________________ Details: This appears to be a recently introduced bug which prevents, for example, both the protein backbone and Trp indole NH data from being simultaneously loaded via the spectrum.peak_intensities user function. This affects the Rx exponential curve-fitting and the steady-state NOE calculation. This is more annoying than fatal, as a sequent execution of these analyses on the different spin types can be performed and then all the data loaded into relax later for J(w) mapping and model-free analyses. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://gna.org/bugs/?20119> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Gna! http://gna.org/
