Details:

There are a number of fatal problems with the sequence editor window! These
are now caught by the User_functions.test_structure_pdb_read() system test
which can be run by typing:

$ relax --gui-tests User_functions.test_structure_pdb_read

The current output of this test is:

======================================================================
FAIL: test_structure_pdb_read
(test_suite.gui_tests.test_user_functions.User_functions)
Test the full operation of the structure.read_pdb user function GUI window.
