Summary: Loading of relax state files with alignment tensors
with Monte Carlo simulation data fails.
                 Project: relax

Details:

The error message when attempting to load the state file is:

relax> state.load(state='relax_tensors.bz2', dir=None, force=False)
Opening the file 'relax_tensors.bz2' for reading.
RelaxError: The alignment tensor simulation number has not yet been specified,
therefore a simulation value cannot be set.

This happens for all state files with Monte Carlo simulation alignment tensor
data.
