Hi Stacy, Sorry, the patch file is for me to apply and commit to the relax source code repository when I have access again (probably tomorrow). After fixing a few bugs, I might release relax 2.2.1 with the fixes in a few days (see http://www.nmr-relax.com/download.html). For the temporary fix, you will only need to deselect residue 36, not 10. You will also need to delete the 'local_tm/' directory so that the error message you see disappears.
