Hi,

You need to set the pipe type to 'relax_disp'. For bug #20873
(https://gna.org/bugs/?20873) and the
Peak_lists.test_bug_20873_peak_lists system test I created from it, I
have used the 'relax_fit' data pipe. The reason is because this bug
is independent of the analysis type and because in the relax trunk
there is no 'relax_disp' data pipe type. The 'relax_fit' data pipe is
simply reserved for fitting mono-exponential functions to determine
basic R1, R2, R1rho, etc. rates. It would be useful in an analysis of
off-resonance R1rho data whereby you need to measure R1 rates
separately. But for your data, you can ignore it.

Regards,

Edward

Hi.

For a relax_disp analysis

Should I first run a:

pipe.create(pipe_name='origin rx', pipe_type='relax_fit', bundle='rx')
relax_disp.exp_type(exp_type='cpmg fixed')

or a

pipe.create(pipe_name='origin rx', pipe_type='relax_disp', bundle='rx')
relax_disp.exp_type(exp_type='cpmg fixed')

Best
