Follow-up Comment #1:

The attached ZIP file contains Python code for implementing the numerical
integration of the Bloch-McConnell equations for the 2-site model.  It was
sent by Paul Schanda in a private mail, and is attached here as a public
reference.

The 'fitting_main.py' will be broken up and placed within the relax library
(the lib/disperion/ directory in the relax_disp branch).  The func1()
functions in MakeFunction() will be split out into different functions or
modules in lib/dispersion/, as well as the RCPMG_3D() and RCPMG_2D() functions
for constructing the matrices.
