But to do this requires dates for the copyright statement. Would you
be able to respond to this with a statement similar to that of

"I agree to licence my contributions to the code in the file
https://gna.org/support/download.php?file_id=18404 attached to
https://gna.org/task/?7712 under the GNU General Public Licence,
version three or higher. My copyright covers the years 2000-2001."
That would be much appreciated. The identification of the code and
the licence is also important for legal reasons, and is needed to
allow the code to be used in an open source project such as relax.
