Oh, when referencing papers it is better to use the DOI link, as that
link is permanent. The DOI system is useful as it follows the
document as it moves around
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_object_identifier). The links
such as http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1458987 generally
have very short life times. The NCBI one might last longer, but who
knows if the NCBI division of the NIH will one day change names, merge
into another division, or even cease to exist. But the DOI link
http://dx.doi.org/10.1073%2Fpnas.0509100103 will always open up to the
correct and current link. So if you would like to reference papers in
the relax sources, especially in the docstrings using epydoc notation
for hyperlinks, the DOI link is preferred.
