Hi,
I've applied the patches, but I can see two issues. The first is that
there should be one space after a comma (a problem in the
0002-Modified-the-script-for-the-full-analysis-of-all-mod.patch file).
Secondly the system test docstrings will be problematic. You can
change all "s^{-1}" to "s^-1", as in text form it is obvious what this
means. You should also not use line wrapping to format paragraphs,
i.e. one paragraph should be all on one line. As for checking the
epydoc format, the only thing I know is to run:
$ scons api_manual_pdf

Edward

Hi.
I tried to use the epydoc format.
Is there a way to test if is ok?
Other than building the relax manual ?

Follow-up Comment #47, sr #3071 (project relax):
Added a system test for the tsmfk01 model and modified the script for
performing all model analysis with the truncated dataset.
The test can be runned with:
relax -s Relax_disp.test_kteilum_fmpoulsen_makke_cpmg_data_to_tsmfk01
(file #18892, file #18893)
