Update of sr #3044 (project relax):

        Operating System:               GNU/Linux => None                   
                 Summary: Load spins from SPARKY list => Load spins from
SPARKY list.

Follow-up Comment #3:

With the new Peak_list object in lib.spectrum.objects, the implementation of
this feature should be rather trivial.  The code would be very similar to that
of the spectrum.read_intensities user function back end.
