That's ok, 10000 points doesn't take too much space.  I just generated
such a graph in Grace (using the equation x^2) and saved the file and
it was only 30K.  Part of the relax philosophy is to aim for the
highest quality possible.  The user can subsequently decrease that
quality if they desire.  That is why Gary Thompson created the float
module (now in lib) and you can see this as the <ieee_754_byte_array>
elements in the relax state and results file - this is the best
possible way of storing a floating point number and avoiding any
truncation what-so-ever!  You will find that relax is the most precise
of any dynamics software out there.

For this, I would recommend more like 2000-10000 points.  This could
then be shown as a high-precision line in Grace, i.e. a solid line
connecting points and no symbols set.  Such a high number of points
should not be an issue.

Details:

I am looking for something similar to make an numpy arange from min to 
max of
cpmg frequencies, and interpolate with around 50 points.

It should calculate the R2eff values from the fitted parameters of the 
model
equation at populate a list of y_values.

These data arrays should be added to the grace files.
Being it an ability to turn it off/on.

That would produce more interesting graphs to look at, than graphs
with only 10-20 points.
