Hi Troels,
It might still take a little while to make the test fully functional.
So I'll start to prepare to release relax 3.1.1, first by running the
test suite on my Linux, Windows, and Mac test/build machines, fixing
any problems that appear. Then I'll tag 3.1.1, disable your system
test in the tag (assuming it still fails), and make the release.
