Details:

This bug relates to the reported error at:
http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.science.nmr.relax.devel/4873

Relax will loop over the defined relaxation times and spin-lock field
strengths.

If a combination of a relaxation time and spin-lock field strength is missing,
relax will stop the analysis.

A possible solution is sketched here:

A test-suite is prepared.
