The bug is probably related to the user having python 64 bit installed and is
similar to bug #20821:

* It should probably be stressed even further, that python 32 bit is
essential.
* And it should probably also be stressed, why there is a difference between
64 and 32 bit.
* Or the compiled sources should also be served as 64 bit versions.
