Hi Troels,

I'm now creating the release notes for relax 3.1.6 and am encountering
a few problems with the automatic formatting.  This is due to the full
stop '.' being missing at the end of sentences in the commit messages.
 If you could add these in future commit messages, it would save me a
lot of work.
