Hi Troels,

For the relax release messages, it would be good if you could mention
the system test by name
(Relax_disp.test_bug_21344_sparse_time_spinlock_acquired_r1rho_fail_calc)
in the commit message.  This is more important for your next commit
(r22385).  Otherwise it is unknown which system test the message is
talking about.
