Hi Troels, What would you propose as an implementation? One idea might be to add a new page to the new analysis wizard in the GUI which appears if the dauvergne_protocol auto_analysis is selected which explains what that this is the dauvergne_protocol and that data at two fields is essential. The error window which appears when clicking on 'Execute' is: # Insufficient data. if hasattr(cdp, 'ri_ids') and len(cdp.ri_ids) <= 3: missing.append("Insufficient relaxation data, 4 or more data sets are essential for the execution of the dauvergne_protocol auto-analysis.") This is from gui.analyses.auto_model_free. What would you suggest for the manual? Regards, Edward On 15 March 2014 14:41, Troels E. Linnet <NO-REPLY.INVALID-ADDRESS@xxxxxxx> wrote:

This seems to stem from the lack of recording of two fields. It should be very very clearly stated in the GUI, and in manual that data for at least two fields is necessary. The warning message is not clear enough: Insufficient relaxation data, 4 or more data sets are essential for the execution of the dauvergne_protocol auto_analysis. There should probably be added that at least two fields are necessary. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://gna.org/bugs/?21799> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Gna! http://gna.org/ _______________________________________________ relax (http://www.nmr-relax.com) This is the relax-devel mailing list relax-devel@xxxxxxx To unsubscribe from this list, get a password reminder, or change your subscription options, visit the list information page at https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/relax-devel
