[bug #21869] test_m61_exp_data_to_m61 fails in parallel -- March 27, 2014 - 16:10

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #21869 (project relax):

This test suite failure is only rarely reproducible.  It appears to be due to
only 3 Monte Carlo simulations being executed for the 'R2eff' model.  This
causes the R2eff errors to vary wildly between different runs of the test.  In
some very rare cases, a certain combination of bad errors will cause the test
to fail.
