Details:

On both Mac OS X 10.10 and 10.11, the relax 4.0.2 release suffers 6
regressions in the System / functional tests when built against python 2.7.12,
numpy 1.11.1 and scipy 0.18.0

ERROR: test_cam_quad_int_double_rotor
(test_suite.system_tests.frame_order.Frame_order)
Test the double rotor frame order model of CaM.

ERROR: test_cam_quad_int_double_rotor_large_angle
(test_suite.system_tests.frame_order.Frame_order)
Test the double rotor frame order model of CaM.

ERROR: test_cam_quad_int_double_rotor_large_angle_pcs
(test_suite.system_tests.frame_order.Frame_order)
Test the double rotor frame order model of CaM (with only PCS data).

ERROR: test_cam_quad_int_double_rotor_pcs
(test_suite.system_tests.frame_order.Frame_order)
Test the double rotor frame order model of CaM (with only PCS data).

ERROR: test_cam_quad_int_iso_cone_torsionless
(test_suite.system_tests.frame_order.Frame_order)
Test the second isotropic cone, free rotor frame order model of CaM.

ERROR: test_cam_quad_int_pseudo_ellipse_torsionless
(test_suite.system_tests.frame_order.Frame_order)
