Dear Maddy, Welcome to the relax mailing lists. The problem you are seeing appears to be a version mismatch between relax and minfx, though I cannot understand why. If you would like to try, relax version 1.3.5 was released a few days ago (http://gna.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=2205). This version has minfx bundled with it, so there should be no version mismatch issues. Note that the full_analysis.py script has been highly modified and improved, so I would recommend using the newer version of the script. You can download the appropriate distribution package from http://www.nmr-relax.com/download.html. Regards, Edward On 14 June 2010 10:40, M Strickland <M.Strickland@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote:
Hello everyone, I have recently started using the full_analysis.py script for my data at 600 and 900 MHz. I had no trouble with the local_tm calculation, but when I went onto 'sphere' I think I encountered a problem with minfx. I'm using Python 2.6.5, Minfx 1.0.2 and Relax 1.3.4. I've attached the log of what happens when I run the full analysis script. It appears to be a minfx problem, but I can't work out what. Any ideas?
