Details:

When running the full_analysis.py script using the option to minimise all
parameters using the extended Model-Free equations, I recieved an error
stating that the following function in mf.py was not defined anywhere:

calc_diff_S2f_S2s_ts_jw_comps (line 2362)

There appear to be a number of instances of undefined functions in the
script.
