Hi,

Did you modify the full_analysis.py script much? That non-existant
function is only accessed when you use the model-free parameters {S2f,
S2s, ts} rather than the standard {S2, S2f, ts}. It most definitely
is a bug but the most worrying thing is that you found the bug using
the full_analysis.py script. The setting up of the model-free models
in that script should not go anywhere near where
calc_diff_S2f_S2s_ts_jw_comps is accessed.

Cheers,

Edward

Details:

When running the full_analysis.py script using the option to minimise all
parameters using the extended Model-Free equations, I recieved an error
stating that the following function in mf.py was not defined anywhere:

calc_diff_S2f_S2s_ts_jw_comps (line 2362)

There appear to be a number of instances of undefined functions in the
script.
